Salon Etiquette

We ask that you and any guests accompanying you refrain from using the speaker phone function of your phone while in the salon, to ensure that everyone enjoys their appointment. If you need to work during your appointment, we ask that you use headphones during that time.

Hours

Monday – Friday: 9AM-8PM

Saturday: 9AM-5PM

*Each stylist at Foxy has their own schedule – please go to your desired stylists page to set up your consultation or appointment. For general inquiries or bookings, you can call the salon.

We are dog Friendly! We ask that you take into consideration this is a bustling salon, so dogs must be potty-trained, people and pet friendly!

Parking

Designated parking spots are available on the southwest side of the building. If the lot is full, you can park on Olive St.

Service

Due to the time and materials that go into your service, Foxy Salon does not offer refunds,
however we are more than happy to modify technical errors.

Please reach out to us within 72 hours of your appointment and your original stylist will happily make any needed adjustments. Adjustments after 72 hours will not be accommodated.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If something should come up, you can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. By contacting your stylist directly.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of your service will be charged. No show/same day cancellations will result in a 100% service charge in order to re-book.

Depending on the service you are receiving, we may ask that you reschedule if you are more than 15 min late to ensure there is enough time to create your best hair!
